OK... lots of changes this week. On Thursday morning I said goodbye to Christensen, Funderburk, and Wolfley. I headed up to Jacksonville a few hours ahead of them to pick up my brand new companion: Elder Hendrickson from South Jordan, UT... fresh out of the MTC. Elder Kenworthy is training as well (I trained him 7 1/2 months ago... I feel old!) Transfer meeting went well. The other 2 elders now living in our apartment are Elders Carpenter & Pickering, from Wyoming & Utah. I can tell we'll have lots of fun together. I can already tell that Elder Hendrickson is a great missionary. We've spent the past few days visiting some investigators, and we've been able to tract a lot. We've found lots of sweet people, and Hendrickson has also met his initial dose of psychos. Church yesterday was sweet. Brittany Knight gave a talk about her conversion story (she was baptized in December while I was here with Christensen). It is so fulfilling to see someone come into the gospel.
